Product Development Manager

Charlotte has worked for the Ripe brands for more than 14 years and is responsible for the development of all Ripe insurance products, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. She has led 17 products from conception to launch and overseen numerous updates to existing products.

Her responsibilities span customer and market research, sourcing insurer capacity, policy wordings and product training. Working across underwriting, pricing, IT, marketing and customer-facing teams, Charlotte oversees the full product lifecycle, using performance data and customer feedback to guide ongoing development.
