Managing your policy

Now you’re a policyholder we wanted to let you know that it’s easy to manage your policy by logging into your online account. Here you can update your personal details, check your policy information and find out how to log a claim.

Your policy is currently set to automatically renew. When your policy is due for renewal, we will notify you no less than 14 days in advance of taking payment, at which point you can choose to allow your policy to automatically renew or cancel your policy if you no longer require insurance. You can choose to stop your policy from automatically renewing at any time. You can do this by visiting your online account now , or by contacting our call centre by email or by phone.
