Verdant Leisure operates holiday parks across Scotland and northern England.

Its annual site fees currently range from £2,995 to £7,513, depending on the park and pitch. The advertised fees include rates and service charges.

Verdant says its fees contribute towards park maintenance, landscaping, drainage, refuse collection and security. Facilities and season lengths differ between its parks, so the lowest-priced pitch may not be available at every location.
