Public Liability cover helps protect you if a client makes a claim, so you can focus on delivering treatments with confidence.
Employers’ Liability cover supports your business if a member of staff is injured at work, giving you peace of mind day to day.
Your equipment, products and furnishings can be protected against damage or theft, so you are not left covering unexpected costs.
While there’s nothing quite like the calming atmosphere of a spa, running one is far from stress‑free. Behind the scenes, spa owners and therapists manage a range of responsibilities, from client safety and staff wellbeing to equipment maintenance and the daily demands of running a busy business. With so many moving parts, even the most careful spa professionals can face unexpected challenges. This is where spa insurance can help. The right cover acts as a financial safety net, potentially protecting your business from costly legal fees or repair bills should something go wrong.
Beyond day‑to‑day protection, specialist spa insurance can provide confidence and peace of mind, allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating relaxing, restorative experiences for your clients. From treatment liability to business interruption, tailored cover can safeguard your business so you can continue operating smoothly, even in the face of the unexpected.

The location of your business premises
Ripe gives you control over your policy so you only pay for the cover you need.
Spa insurance is a form of financial protection that can protect your spa. Depending on the level of cover you purchase, insurance can provide cover against theft or damage to your equipment or premises, along with liability to employees and customers.
Public and product liability cover is designed to protect you from any third-party claims for injury or property damage arising from the running of your spa.
Let’s say you spill something on your client’s expensive belongings, and they make a claim against you, public liability cover would protect you financially.
