Andrew Harrington serves as Chief Information Officer at Ripe, where he leads technology strategy across multiple specialist brands. With a Maths with Engineering degree and over six years of experience applying AI, data analytics, and modern engineering principles in insurance, Andrew focuses on building intelligent, scalable systems that improve customer experience and business performance.

His work has included developing predictive models that analyse buying and renewal behaviour, modernising infrastructure to eliminate legacy systems, and embedding third‑party integrations that support Ripe’s digital‑first approach. Andrew’s contributions to innovation have been widely acknowledged; he was recognised among Computing’s 100 IT Leaders of 2025 and has been featured in leading tech publications.
