Specialist archery insurance to help protect you and your equipment

Archery is all about control, precision and practice. Whether you are new to the range or competing regularly, it is a sport that demands focus every time you pick up a bow.

Even with the right precautions, accidents can still happen. Someone can step into the wrong place, equipment can fail, or an injury can occur unexpectedly.

Specialist archery insurance by Ripe is designed around the realities of the sport. It is there to support you if something goes wrong, helping protect you and your equipment while you focus on improving your aim.

Why should I consider archery insurance?

Having specialist archery insurance in place through Ripe can help provide financial protection in several situations, for example:

  • If you accidentally injure a third party while taking part in archery, and they decide to make a claim against you, you may be able to get the legal costs covered following a successful claim

  • If your archery equipment is stolen from your car and you make a successful claim, you can get a replacement on a new-for-old basis if it’s less than three years old, or a replacement at market value

FAQ Does my home insurance cover my archery equipment?

Standard home insurance policies often have limited cover away from home or may refuse to cover shooting equipment at all. Specialist Archery Insurance helps to provide financial protection for accidents that happen both inside and outside of your home, such as equipment stolen in transit to or from the archery venue, and equipment damage at the venue.
