Partnerships Executive

Job Purpose
The Partnerships Executive will support the growth of Ripe's partnership channel by developing strong relationships with partners, coordinating marketing campaigns and helping to identify new commercial opportunities.
Working alongside the Head of Partnerships, the role will focus on delivering partner activity that drives customer acquisition, policy sales and long-term partner value.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting partnership onboarding, managing day-to-day account activity, tracking performance and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

Principal Accountabilities

Own and manage a portfolio of partnership accounts, building strong relationships and supporting partner retention, growth and engagement.
Lead the day-to-day coordination of partnership activity, ensuring agreed actions, campaigns and commercial opportunities are delivered effectively.
Support new partner development through prospect research, outreach, proposal creation and onboarding activities.
Execute marketing coordination across multiple channels, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive policy growth through new and existing partnerships.
Monitor and report on partner performance, campaign results and key commercial metrics, providing recommendations for optimisation.
Ensure all partner activity is delivered in line with regulatory requirements, company policies and brand guidelines.
Maintain accurate partnership records, pipeline updates and performance reporting within CRM and internal systems.
Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, policy volumes and customer value across the partnership portfolio.

Experience Requirements
Essential
A demonstrable track record of success in managing multiple accounts or business relationships simultaneously.
Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience working with external stakeholders, partners or clients in a commercial environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience analysing campaign or account performance and producing actionable insights.
Desirable
Demonstrable business development experience.
Experience within financial services, insurance, affinity marketing or a regulated environment.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, opportunities and account activity.
Technology Requirements
Essential
Microsoft office suite

Google Analytics, PowerBi or other marketing / reporting tools
Project management tools such as Monday, Asana or Trello

Professional Requirements
Desirable
Certificate level qualification in Marketing, Business Development or Account Management.
Educational Requirements

GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
