Payments & Premium Credit
  • Premium Credit is the leading premium finance company in the UK and Ireland.

    When you choose to pay for your insurance policy with us on a monthly basis, your credit agreement will be provided by Premium Credit.

    Please note: A credit search will be carried out which will leave a footprint. Interest charges apply.

Claims & What to Do
  • Contact the claims helpline as soon as possible and take photographs of any damage to the vehicles, where safe to do so.

    Don't apologise or admit that it was your fault.

    Make sure to take the other person's details, including:

    • Their name, address and contact number

    • The registration number and make and model of their vehicle

    • Their insurer’s name and policy number

    Take photos of:

    • Any damage to their vehicle

    • Any damage to your own vehicle

    • The scene of the accident, as long as it is safe to do so

    Make a note of:

    • Any injuries to anyone involved

    • The number of passengers in the other vehicle

    • The name, address and contact number of any witnesses

    • The name and contact number of any police officer who attends the scene of the accident

    • Any unusual behaviour from the other person and the direction they take when they leave the scene

  • Report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number.

    • Racing and track use

    • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    • Unauthorised drivers

  • Yes, any excess shown on the schedule applies.

  • We allow a variety of Modifications, but each one will be subject to review during the quote process. Please make sure all modifications have been declared prior to the policy commencing.

  • Yes, where theft cover is included within your chosen level of cover.

  • Yes, where your policy includes loss of or damage to your vehicle.

  • Yes, where included within your selected cover level.

  • Yes, where applicable under your chosen cover level.

  • Up to £300 is available for personal belongings following an insured event. Exclusions will apply.

  • Yes, but certain benefits may not apply if an approved repairer is not used.

  • Up to £500 is available towards replacement keys and locks, subject to policy conditions.

  • A courtesy car may be available for comprehensive claims repaired through an approved repairer, subject to availability.

  • Up to £500 per person.

  • Up to £150 is available to replace a child seat following a covered accident or theft.

Vehicle & Usage
  • Current policies are only based on Market Value, not agreed value.

  • Yes, subject to territorial limits and trip duration conditions.

    • Agreed Value cover is NOT offered through this scheme.

    • Temporary vehicle cover is NOT offered through this scheme.

    • Multi-vehicle policies are NOT offered through this scheme.
