Yes. To help keep your facility protected and give yourself the best chance of making a successful claim, you’ll need to keep the premises and all security equipment in full working order. This means following the manufacturer’s instructions and recommended servicing requirements.
Whenever your premises are left unattended, you’ll also need to make sure:
All locks, bolts and security devices are in use
No keys are left on the premises
The final exit door is secured using one of the approved locking arrangements listed in your Insurance Booklet
